Welcome Weekend 2017
Welcome Weekend 2017 is an extensive three day orientation experience for all new students. During Welcome Weekend, students will have the opportunity to engage with faculty, staff, student leaders, and their peers! New students will get to experience our community at USF, and they will be equipped to begin their college career on a solid foundation through participating in sessions/activities on learning, leadership, and service. In addition to gaining a sense of belonging, students will explore tips and tools to academic success, discover ways to become involved outside of the classroom, learn how to become a responsible and contributing member of our community, and understand the unique culture of a Catholic Franciscan liberal arts education.
Whether you are a first-time freshman or a transfer student, we want to ensure that you are setup for a successful college experience at USF! All new students are required to attend Welcome Weekend. Please be sure to complete your online registration by August 1.
For any further information on Welcome Weekend, please contact our Coordinator of Orientation and First Year Experience, Aaron West, at 260.399.7700 ext. 6740.
